Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect on my first visit?
For in-person visits, Dr. Casey will arrive to your preferred location as scheduled, +/- 10 minutes for traffic. For online visits, you will send a link using your preferred virtual platform. You will review and sign the consent form. The conversation will begin by discussing your purpose and goals. Dr. Casey will explore your health history to ensure all variables are considered during treatments. A physical examination and functional assessment will take place. Once all data is collected, a collaborative plan of care will be established.
What are your hours of operation?
Visits are by appointment only, typically M-F 9-4pm, but early intervention is priority, so alternate hours are available by request.
Do you take my insurance?
A Well Being is a private pay only practice. Many services are prophylactic, and while pivotal for your health and well-being, they are not covered by conventional health insurance. Most services are HSA/FSA eligible, but please consult your individual policy restrictions. Direct care services save you time, money, and hassle by eliminating unnecessary overhead and intermediaries.

Do I need a referral?
Nebraska is a direct access state. Meaning, you can see Dr. Casey (and any physical therapist) without a physician referral. Dr. Casey will still coordinate with your health and wellness providers and help you follow through with their recommendations as well. Integrative care fosters the success of all involved.
How do I pay?
A Well Being accepts cash, check, and Venmo. Investment is $150/session OR group yoga as listed by studio. Pay in-person at visit. Please inquire about discounts for multiple sessions, special events, and affiliate partners.
