About Dr. Casey

Dr. Casey's greatest passion is family. She is proud mother to Khloe, Barrett, and Lydia and honored wife to Brent. You'll most likely find her in her natural habitats: on the bike trails jogging, at the local coffee shop with a mug-in-hand, touting around toddlers and her large bernedoodles Moby and Cocoa, or eating sushi with the fam.

Dr. Casey received her professional degrees from the top academic establishments in the country. The exposure to division I athletics enhanced her knowledge of injury prevention and athletic enhancement. Athletic training interventions start at injury and progress not only through rehabilitation but return to sport, too. Education at the leading medical center in the world fostered her cultural awareness and expanded her problem-solving skills for even the most atypical of injuries and illnesses.

Certified Health Coach
American Council on Exercise

While this credential was received via virtual coursework, the application of the skills has been novel during client interactions. The ability to collaborate in goal setting, coach rather than strictly teach, and understand the levels of readiness fosters longevity of client success.
